Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full. This policy ensures that I can accommodate all clients fairly and keep my schedule running smoothly.
If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may be considered a missed appointment.
